Our work covers the services you see on this site: web infrastructure, brand architecture, social media, and full operational support. The exact scope of your project, its deliverables, and its timeline are agreed with you in writing before any work begins.

Anything agreed in that written scope is what we deliver. If you want something outside it, we will tell you honestly what it takes and agree a new scope together. You are never billed for work you did not approve.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. If your project needs it, we will say so and recommend you speak to a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, revenue figures, follower counts, or press coverage. Anyone promising those is not being straight with you. What we guarantee is the quality of the work and the standard of the thinking behind it.

We are not responsible for the availability, policy changes, or decisions of third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or hosting providers. We build to their best practices, but we do not control them.

When you send an enquiry through our contact page, your name, email, company, and project brief are emailed directly to our team inbox. We use that information for one purpose: to understand your project and reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.

This site stores one preference in your browser: whether you have chosen the light or blue theme. It stays on your device and never leaves it. We run no advertising trackers.

If you ever want us to delete the details you sent us, email us and we will do it. Simple as that.

We will never ask you to send a password through our contact form or by email. If a project needs access to your website, domain, hosting, social accounts, or tools, we will ask you to grant access the proper way: an official collaborator or agency invitation, or a dedicated account with only the permissions the work requires.

Any access you grant is used strictly for your project. It is kept confidential, never shared with anyone outside the team working on your project, and never used to contact your customers or change anything you have not approved.

When the project ends, we remove our access and recommend you rotate any credentials that were involved. Your accounts remain yours, always.

One accountable team handles your project. Nothing ships without a human reading it first, and your voice stays yours in everything we create.

Everything you share with us about your business, your customers, and your plans is treated as confidential. We only show your work publicly with your permission, and we never reuse your material for another client.
